Thompson-Center Icon
Icon is a bolt action precision rifle by Thompson-Center. The Icon’s main features are an Interlock Bedding System, a 5R Rifling barrel, classic varmint style stock, a 60 degree bolt lift, externally adjustable trigger and a three round detachable magazine. The independent bolt-lock allows easy loading and unloading. This rifle has a Convention Enhancement System which allows the barrel to cool easily. The Thompson-Center Icon also features weather shield and its material is claimed to be 50 times more corrosion resistant than stainless steel. The rifle is really accurate and is reported to have shot targets a quarter of a mile away.
